1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 449bet ("449bet", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 449bet website located at https://449bet.asia and all services, games, promotions, and features offered therein ("Services").

By registering an account, depositing funds, participating in any game, redeeming any bonus, or otherwise accessing the Platform in any capacity, you unequivocally acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. 2 Eligibility Requirements

Use of the 449bet Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 449bet operates a strict 21+ age policy and enforces it at registration and during account verification. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal recreational entertainment purposes only.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on 449bet or any related platform.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial enterprise when placing bets or playing games.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by 449bet for violations of this Agreement.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 449bet or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 449bet Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You must update this information promptly whenever it changes. 449bet accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held fully responsible for all such activity including any financial transactions.

• Do not access your account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

449bet supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via approved payment methods. Currently accepted methods for Bangladeshi players include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All account balances are maintained and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

449bet reserves the right to delay, reverse, or decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it suspects fraud, money laundering, breach of these terms, or any other irregularity. 5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who have satisfied all applicable verification requirements.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified in the promotion. Bonuses and any associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account if the requirement is not completed within the stated period.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

6 Game Rules, Fair Play and Technical Malfunctions

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 449bet Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated software, artificial intelligence tools, bots, scrapers, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from criminal activity (money laundering).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 449bet staff through any communication channel.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any legitimate transaction made on the Platform without first contacting 449bet support.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 449bet Platform, including but not limited to the 449bet brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, sound effects, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of 449bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written permission of 449bet.

10 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The 449bet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 449bet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or its Services.

449bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from network interruptions, device failure, or connectivity issues on your end.
• Losses resulting from your failure to follow game rules or betting procedures.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions where the Platform has already voided the affected bet and returned the stake.
• Any loss arising from your breach of this Agreement.
• Losses caused by events outside 449bet's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, government actions, or natural disasters.

11 Privacy and Personal Data

449bet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you also accept the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and forms an integral part of it.

We collect only the personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with applicable legal obligations, and deliver the Services described in this Agreement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your 449bet account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, we will process the closure within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (subject to any pending wagering requirements having been resolved) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method.

449bet reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming framework.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be closed after reasonable notice.
• Any other circumstance that 449bet, in its reasonable judgment, considers harmful to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of its operations.

Upon termination for breach, 449bet reserves the right to withhold account balances pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a material breach is confirmed, any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

13 Governing Law, Disputes and Contact

This Agreement shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact 449bet support in the first instance and allow a minimum of 14 calendar days for us to investigate and respond. The majority of account, payment, and game disputes are resolved at this stage without the need for further escalation.
